Become a member with 4 easy steps!

  • It all begins with a 'No Sweat Intro'.

    At a 'No Sweat Intro' we take the time to learn about your current situation, answer any questions you might have regarding our classes and memberships. Finally we help map out the steps required for you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

  • After meeting you at a 'No Sweat Intro' you will receive an information pack containing information we spoke about and all the membership links. If we sound like the right place for you we move to step 3.

  • After deciding on a membership option we do an 'On-ramp' session. This is a one on one session aimed at covering some fundamentals to movement as well as have you feel comfortable and confident to enter a group class setting.

  • After your On-Ramp you will feel confident and ready to enter our group class environment. This is where you will experience our welcoming community of members and amazing coaches.
